New executive team at Metsä Tissue takes office in June 2025

To strengthen its operations and enhance technological development, Metsä Tissue announced changes to its leadership team. Johan Holvik was appointed Senior Vice President, Scandinavia, and Managing Director of Metsä Tissue AB. He also joined the company’s management team. Holvik previously served at Metsä Board as Vice President, Sales, Retailers.

In addition, Mikko Nieminen, former Senior Vice President, Pulp Production at Metsä Fibre, was appointed Senior Vice President, Technology at Metsä Tissue. He also became a member of the company’s management team. Both executives assumed their new roles on June 1, 2025, reporting directly to Metsä Tissue CEO Sari Pajari-Sederholm.
