P&G highlights achievements in 2023 Annual Report

Company highlights strong results with emphasis on product highlights, sustainability and corporate responsibility

Procter & Gamble (P&G) has shared its 2023 Annual Report, highlighting a solid fiscal year amid operational challenges. The company posted robust revenue growth across all categories and regions, along with a notable increase in earnings per share, overcoming significant cost hurdles and maintaining a steady cash return. This success is attributed to the effective execution of P&G’s integrated strategies, highlighted by key strategic choices:

First, a portfolio focused on everyday products in 10 categories, where performance drives brand choice. In this regard, P&G stands out for its superior products, packaging, brand communication, retail execution and consumer and customer value.

In addition, cost and cash productivity improvements have been implemented to fund investments and improve profitability. The company also embraces constructive disruption, showing a willingness to change, adapt and create new trends and technologies that will shape the industry in the future, addressing all facets of its operations. This comprehensive strategy is reinforced by an organizational structure that creates a more empowered, agile and accountable organization and culture.
