Vivos Holdings completes merger with Nice-Pak, expanding global footprint in hygiene and personal care

Vivos Holdings, part of the Emprise Group Inc. portfolio, has announced the completion of its merger with Nice-Pak Products, a global reference in wet wipes. The move brings together two strategic players, resulting in one of the world’s largest suppliers of disposable hygiene and personal care products.

With the integration, the new structure will feature a more diversified portfolio, including diapers, feminine care, wet wipes, and other private label hygiene products. In addition to expanded production capacity and geographic reach, the merger strengthens capabilities in innovation, product development, and sustainable practices.

According to Richard Koulouris, CEO of Emprise Group, the transaction marks an important milestone. “Today marks a transformative moment in our journey as a 100% employee-owned ESOP holding company”, he said.

Founded in 1957 and headquartered in Pearl River, New York, Nice-Pak is globally recognized for its leadership in wet wipes and for pioneering health and wellness solutions, such as the launch of Wet-Nap® wipes for foodservice and the first resealable travel pack of baby wipes.

With this merger, Vivos reinforces its position as a strategic partner for private label brands and retailers, consolidating itself as one of the leading global suppliers in health, hygiene, and personal care.
