Gambini strengthens its commitment to innovation, sustainability and people

From the publication of its first sustainability report to initiatives aimed at developing future professionals, the company reinforces its long-term vision for the tissue industry

Looking at the future, we always bear in mind consumers’ well-being: at Gambini, we keep away from comfort, designing technologies that can adapt to the market.

In recent years, this belief has been demonstrated through concrete actions: a direction validated by the trust of the companies that continue to invest in us.

OUR FIRST SUSTAINABILITY REPORT

Among the most significant commitments, there will soon be the publication of our first sustainability report, which the company has decided to implement even without legal obligations.

This step comes at a time when Gambini is increasingly implementing measures aimed at the conscious use of resources and the reduction of waste, alongside improving and safeguarding the well-being of its employees and stakeholders.

THE TISSUE PLANET EVENT AS AN EXPRESSION OF A CLEAR WILL

Our participation in Tissue Planet 2026 as Main Sponsor cemented our vision before an audience of industry leaders: building the future of tissue means facing the present with the knowledge that we can never stop, even when technologies are working and performing perfectly. Technological innovation, a focus on daily well-being, and investment in people represent the pillars of sustainable and lasting growth for the industry. Even in tissue.

OUR COMMITMENT TO THE FUTURE

A future vision can be realized only through people.

The initiatives to recognize those who contribute to the company’s growth every day were also reflected in our participation in NextGen, an event organized alongside Tissue Planet and dedicated to young students interested in the world of tissue. During the roundtable discussion, Matteo Lucarelli, Production Planner and Supervisor, shared his career path at Gambini, offering students concrete evidence of the growth opportunities within the company. Also available to engage with the students were Bartolomeo Marco Betti (Area Sales Manager), Davide Chiocchetti (Junior Mechanical Designer), Edy Zuncheddu (Lean Production Engineer), and the entire Human Resources department, confirming Gambini’s commitment to building a bridge between training, innovation, and new generations of professionals.

For Gambini, innovation and sustainability are complementary elements of a single, forward-looking industrial vision.
