ESP is renamed Lucart Hygiene
The changes are administrative only, with the new business name and a new headquarters address in Blackmore Park
After Lucart acquired, in March, Essential Supply Products Ltd., ESP was renamed Lucart Hygiene Ltd.
The measure took effect yesterday, August 10th. Jonny Wilks, managing director of the UK subsidiary, commented: “The move represents an exciting time for us at Blackmore Park. Lucart has an excellent reputation across Europe, so we are privileged and excited to bring the brand to the UK.”
The changes are administrative only, with the new trade name Lucart Hygiene Ltd and a new headquarters address in Blackmore Park. In September, the change of the logo will also be formalized, followed by the introduction of new product packaging.
Corporate and commercial references remain unchanged.
Essential Supply Products Ltd has current sales of around £26 million per year. The company, with its headquarters and production facility in Malvern, employs 85 people on five different production lines. Its facilities are spread over an area of 77,000 m², of which 15,000 m² are occupied.
Its acquisition, which took place at the height of the pandemic, represents the last stage in the Lucart Group’s internationalization process, helping to strengthen its position as the main player in the European professional hygiene market.
