Lucart Announces Michele Noera as Sustainability and Energy Transition Manager
The company reinforces its commitment to corporate social responsibility and energy efficiency

Lucart, a recognized manufacturer of airlaid and MG paper products, announced the addition of Michele Noera as Sustainability and Energy Transition Manager.
The inclusion of Noera in this new role aims to strengthen the company’s strategy in various areas of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). The company maintains that this decision represents a strategic opportunity to achieve the ambitious goal of optimizing the factory’s energy transition processes, with a continued focus on self-production and efficiency.
Michele Noera, who most recently held key roles at Amadori Group between 2008 and 2023, including Energy Manager and subsequently Environment and Energy Manager, brings his experience to the new position.
“I am delighted to be part of the Lucart family, where I have found a well-established foundation of corporate culture built over 70 years of history lived in pursuit of innovation and sustainability – explains Michele Noera, Head of Sustainability and Energy Transition at Lucart. “The future of energy involves not only self-production and the transition to renewable and alternative sources, but also the valorization of waste with a view to circularity. My sustainable vision of the future aims to involve all the players in the supply chains, who can no longer think in watertight compartments, each from their own point of view, but must carry forward a principle of extended and participative responsibility.”
The company seeks with this incorporation not only to strengthen its commitment to sustainability and corporate responsibility, but also to advance energy efficiency and self-sufficiency in its manufacturing processes.
