Gambini sells its 100th TouchMax
A unique technology that multiplies production possibilities
Among the many goals of the past year, this December we celebrate the sale of the 100th TouchMax.
The most versatile embosser on the market has found application in one hundred converting lines worldwide, thanks to its flexibility, which makes it adaptable to different needs. TouchMax features five steel embossing rolls that are always on board, allowing fast and less costly changes to vary roll production.
For producers, integrating a TouchMax into a converting line means more than buying a single machine, as TouchMax is able to multiply the available possibilities.
This notion is at the core of Gambini’s philosophy.
Starting from single machines, our technology is able to multiply results in terms of types and benefits. Our wet embosser AirMill, for example, can be employed in a variety of applications, which can improve some crucial features of the finished product, as well as optimize resources and save materials and energy, even in the paper production phase.
With our technology, we are constantly looking for solutions, both for the process and the product. In the last few months, at our TissueHub, we have been working on a new product, which we will present at the first exhibition of 2025, Paper & Tissue Show.
Once again, it is a product resulting from the wet embossing technology of our AirMill. Let’s meet in Abu Dhabi, from January 21 to 23.
Research and development of new solutions becomes even more urgent because of our market expansion.
Our Brazilian plant, in Joinville, is under construction. Our first production facility abroad will soon be able to start building the first converting lines. The market we are entering has such variability that only a versatile technology like ours can meet the needs of producers.
