With intuitive navigation and always up-to-date content, the Personal Care Portal promises to be the main source of news for those who want to be at the forefront of the personal care industry in Brazil

The personal care sector is a fundamental part of society’s well-being, promoting hygiene and quality of life in homes in Brazil and around the world. Part of the daily lives of millions of people all over the planet, items such as diapers, pads and wet wipes meet the needs of different stages of life and everyday situations.

In addition to its direct benefits, it also boosts the global economy. Related industries create jobs, invest in research and innovation and seek sustainable solutions to minimize environmental impacts.

In this sense, the personal care sector not only improves individual quality of life, but also promotes social and economic progress. Its importance is undeniable and continues to grow as the population’s needs evolve and awareness of well-being expands.

It is worth noting that the Personal Hygiene, Perfumery and Cosmetics (HPPC) market in Brazil is one of the largest in the world. According to data from the Brazilian Association of the Personal Hygiene, Perfumery and Cosmetics Industry (Abihpec), the sector’s trade flow reached US$ 575.9 million from January to April 2024, an increase of 5.2% compared to the same period in 2023, which registered US$ 547.4 million.

Given this scenario, and with the aim of promoting connection and visibility for the personal care sector in Brazil, Nexum Group is launching the Personal Care Portal. Focusing on the children’s and adult diapers, feminine pads and wet wipes segments, the news vehicle will cover the industry’s main trends through news, expert articles, special reports and exclusive interviews.

“We are launching a new vehicle exclusively dedicated to the personal care industry, because we recognize its size and importance. We want to increasingly connect the players in this segment, as well as in the other industries in which Nexum Group operates,” says Felipe Quintino, CEO of Nexum Group and founder of the Personal Care Portal.

Nexum Group is the largest communication ecosystem for connecting and giving visibility to suppliers in the Tissue, Packaging, Personal Care and Pulp industries in Latin America. “The new portal will integrate our ecosystem dedicated to the personal care industry, which encompasses digital and physical connections and face-to-face events,” concludes Quintino.
