ProAmpac to acquire PAC Worldwide in strategic packaging deal
Acquisition expands global reach, strengthens vertical integration, and accelerates sustainable packaging solutions

ProAmpac, a global leader in flexible packaging and material science, has signed a definitive agreement to acquire PAC Worldwide, a company known for its innovative flexible packaging solutions. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
The deal marks a major step in integrating packaging capabilities across materials production, recycled paper mills, film, converting, and customer support. Together, ProAmpac and PAC will expand their geographic footprint and enhance vertical integration in e-commerce, consumer packaged goods, and industrial markets. Customers will gain greater access to advanced blown film, recycled paper, lamination, printing, converting, and paper-based sustainable packaging.

Headquartered in Redmond, Washington, PAC Worldwide manufactures customized protective mailers and specialty packaging for e-commerce, courier, and retail sectors. With over 1,300 employees and seven facilities in the U.S., Mexico, and Malaysia, PAC brings a strong manufacturing presence, particularly in the Pacific Northwest.
The transaction is subject to regulatory approval and customary closing conditions and is expected to close in the coming weeks.
