Seaman Paper Announces Acquisition of Eagle Tissue
With the acquisition of Eagle Tissue LLC, Seaman Paper grows printing and converting capacity
On Nov. 1, Seaman Paper Company announced the acquisition of Eagle Tissue LLC, a of South Windsor, Connecticut-based provider of tissue paper printing and converting services.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Eagle Tissue was founded in 1996 as a national converter of retail and industrial wrapping tissue and has established a reputation as a reliable source of stock and custom wrapping tissue and custom printed wrapping tissue. The company’s products are primarily sold to the retail packaging industry through retail packaging distributors and directly to national retail chains.
Seaman Paper, headquartered in Gardner, Massachusetts, is a leading supplier of lightweight decorative tissue papers for retail packaging, consumer products and industrial lightweight papers.
