First Quality completes acquisition of Henkel’s private label business in North America

First Quality Enterprises announced this Thursday the completion of the acquisition of Henkel’s private label business in the categories of detergents, fabric softeners, and dishwashing products in North America. The transaction had been previously disclosed.

The products will now be manufactured within the newly established First Quality Home Care Products division, which will operate as a standalone business within the First Quality Group.

With the integration of the new business, the company also welcomes the employees joining the team.
