Gaby Natale to inspire at P&G’s LatinOvation event on Hispanic contributions
The triple Emmy Award-winning journalist emphasized the importance of pioneering leadership in driving progress for future generations
Gaby Natale, a triple Emmy Award-winning journalist, bestselling author, and prominent leadership speaker, will serve as the closing keynote speaker at Procter & Gamble’s annual LatinOvation event on September 19. This year’s event, taking place in Cincinnati, continues to embrace the theme “Hispanics Powering Progress”, which highlights the significant contributions of the Hispanic community to innovation and cultural advancement.
In her address, Natale will focus on the importance of pioneering leadership and the need to challenge and redefine outdated leadership concepts. “Redefining what is possible begins with our willingness to lead and innovate. As Latinos, we must embrace our role as pioneers, breaking barriers not just for ourselves, but to set the stage for generations to come”, Natale emphasized.
Procter & Gamble’s dedication to diversity and inclusion is reflected in its support for Hispanic values such as determination, resilience, and an entrepreneurial spirit — qualities that strongly resonate within both the Hispanic community and P&G’s culture of innovation.
