Kimberly-Clark celebrates Latin American and Hispanic Heritage Month with cultural events across U.S. sites
The Latin American Network for Diversity (LAND) group hosted events nationwide, celebrating Hispanic and Latin American cultures through food, art, and community
Throughout Latin American and Hispanic Heritage Month, Kimberly-Clark’s Latin American Network for Diversity (LAND) employee resource group (ERG) organized various events at company locations to foster a deeper appreciation and understanding of the Hispanic and Latin American cultures within the organization.
Events took place across several sites, featuring a Latin American vendor fair in Chicago, a food festival showcasing regional flavors at the Beech Island manufacturing facility in South Carolina, and cultural celebrations called “Un Cafecito” in Neenah, Wisconsin, and Roswell, Georgia. These activities highlighted the diverse cultural elements that contribute to Kimberly-Clark’s inclusive environment.
“Being able to share Latinx culture with my colleagues and work alongside such talented co-leads to create engaging events has been a highlight of my time at Kimberly-Clark”, said Lauren M., leader of the LAND ERG. “This month truly showed how powerful it is to celebrate and embrace diversity!”
